- Set up a neat and visible display. Use banner stands on the front lines and set up some of your products at eye-level for visibility. The graphics need to have a focal point. Messy and cluttered displays can be stressful and confusing to look at, and they can make your products forgettable.
- Create the illusion of scarcity. Customers often go for products that they think are in high demand. Strategically place a 'sold' sign on at least two items or leave an empty display spot to make them think that you are offering a good product that is worth their money and time.
- Bigger is not always better. Even a modest sized banner stand or a pop-up trade show display works when it is properly designed with strategically placed products and messages. Before the trade show, be sure to find out the size of your display space, so you can prepare a pop-up display, hybrid display, or banner stands that can fit perfectly it.
- Accessories matter. Consider using table top displays, table throws, literature stands, and lights to accessorize your booth.
